Das Eagle Team ist ein Twentyniner-Hardtail der Spitzenklasse, dessen Ausstattung den Arbeitsgeräten der Athleten vom WHEELER Pro Team entsprach. Das beginnt beim Rahmen, der in Monocoque-Bauweise aus hochwertigen Carbon-Fasern gefertigt wird.
Vom konischen Steuerrohr über das Pressfit-Innenlager bis zur Steckachse hinten bietet dieser Rahmen die aktuellen Anbaustandards - und dank innenverlegter Züge und Leitungen eine aufgeräumte Optik. Passend zum leichten Rahmen ist eine OPM O.D.L. Race-Gabel von DT Swiss verbaut. Diese ist sehr leicht, bietet 100mm Federweg und lässt sich vom Lenker aus arretieren. Die 2x11 Gänge des XTR Di2-Antriebs werden elektronisch geschaltet. Dank IceTech Freeza-Rotoren sind die hydraulischen Scheibenbremsen von Shimano auch für längere Abfahrten gerüstet.
